Meet Ron LaDuke Ron
not only has a farm background, but a real farm presence today as well. In
1988 Ron achieved the ARA
(Accredited
Rural Appraiser) designation with the American
Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers which
distinguishes him as one of the top level of rural appraisers in the
country. When the State of Illinois Appraiser Certification came into play
in 1992, Ron was the first in Knox County to become a State Certified
General real estate appraiser. The
LaDuke’s home and the office of LaDuke Real Estate and Appraisal
are
located on a farm that has been in the family since the early 1900’s. Today,
Ron is a landowner himself and an active farmer as well. This unique
position puts Ron on the “Front lines” of agriculture every day and
gives him the ability to communicate with the farm community as well as
relate to the struggles facing agriculture today on a first hand basis.
This down to earth perspective, training and education combine to make Ron
LaDuke a true Farm-Pro
and
the one you can count on for all your farmland or rural home sales and
appraisal needs.
Ron is also a volunteer pilot for AirLifeLine Midwest, a non-profit organization that provides free air transportation for persons with health care and other humanitarian needs. Check out their site and inquire if you or anyone you know could benefit from this service.
